Over the past 35 years, UFCP has grown from a small, locally owned business to a large, national organization. Our years of experience and corporate growth ensure that our Student Managers, District Managers, Regional Managers, Painters, Forepersons, and Marketers are provided with the tools they need to grow their small businesses.

We aim to provide a positive business work experience to all of our Student, District and Regional Managers. The UFCP experience is a second to none resume-building experience. Our Student Managers develop lifelong skills to help them throughout their careers and earn financial returns exceptional for a seasonal position.
