1. About University First Class Painters
University First Class Painters is a Canadian student franchise system providing residential and commercial painting services.
UFCP locations are independently owned and operated by franchise contractors. UCCL operates the UFCP franchise system and licenses independent franchise contractors to operate using the University First Class Painters name, systems, processes, and trademarks.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, an individual UFCP franchise contractor is an independent business and is not an employee, agent, partner, or representative of UCCL.
2. Website Use
The information provided on this Website is intended for general informational purposes and to allow visitors to learn about UFCP, request painting estimates, inquire about services, and learn about or apply for student management, painting, marketing, and other opportunities.
You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes.

Submitting a request through this Website does not itself create a contract for painting services.
Any painting project will be subject to the applicable written proposal, estimate, contract, and other terms provided by the independent franchise contractor responsible for the project.
If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and Conditions and the terms of a signed painting contract or proposal, the terms of the applicable painting contract or proposal will govern the painting services covered by that agreement.
4. Estimates and Quote Requests
Visitors may use the Website to request an estimate for painting or related services.
Information submitted through an estimate request must be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
An estimate request submitted through the Website is a request to be contacted and does not constitute an acceptance of work, a binding price quotation, or a contract for services.
Any estimate subsequently provided by a UFCP franchise contractor may be subject to additional terms, conditions, exclusions, and expiry periods stated in the estimate or proposal.
5. UFCP Guarantee
Certain qualifying painting services performed by independent UFCP franchise contractors may be eligible for UCCL’s limited workmanship guarantee.
The guarantee is subject to its own eligibility requirements, limitations, exclusions, registration requirements, and other conditions.
The complete and current guarantee terms are available on the UFCP Website. Where there is a conflict between these Website Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of the UFCP guarantee, the guarantee terms will govern matters relating to that guarantee.
6. Employment and Franchise Opportunities
The Website may provide information about student management opportunities, painting positions, marketing positions, franchise opportunities, and other employment or business opportunities.
Submitting an application or expression of interest does not guarantee employment, acceptance as a franchise contractor, an interview, a particular territory, earnings, revenue, profit, or any other outcome.
Any examples, testimonials, historical results, earnings information, or descriptions of past participant experiences are provided for informational purposes only. Individual results may vary significantly based on circumstances including location, market conditions, effort, expenses, experience, management, sales, weather, and other factors.
