Since 1982, University First Class Painters has been providing Niagara’s bright young adults with full-time and part-time summer jobs. We offer unmatched hands-on experience in the management field to our student managers and top-rate summer employment for student painters, marketers, and office staff.
As a franchise manager, young adults will be given experience in an entrepreneurial role aimed at expanding their real-world management experience and practical knowledge of business protocols. Each of our student managers is closely monitored by our staff of Regional Managers, District Managers, and Head Office Staff. Successful applicants will be required to attend part-time training sessions throughout the school year prior to their first year as a student manager. This position with the transition to full-time hours once the student has completed their exams. District Managers work throughout the summer months to support and guide both new and returning student managers. This position will be filled by a motivated, experienced student manager at the discretion of the Regional Manager. The Head Office Positions are designed for a student lifestyle – they are full-time from April through to August and transition to part-time during the school year.
