Summer Job Positions in Ontario with UFCP!

For over 30 years University First Class Painters has allowed students to work in a variety of summer positions to help them gain experience and start building their careers.

Franchises are run by student managers who hire a staff of full-time marketers and painters during the summer. They operate throughout major city centres in Ontario, Franchise managers learn first-hand what it’s like to run their own business.

The UFCP franchise manager experience is a unique opportunity that allows students to apply their education to their own business with guidance and support from the company. They will learn skills for every area of business management including accounting, production, sales, and human resources.

The Management Development Program (MDP) gives students the tools to succeed in running their own franchise. Students selected for MDP will take part in training sessions part-time during the school year to ensure a smooth transition into the summer. They are selected for the program based on a variety of factors such as work experience and extracurricular activities, leadership qualities and interpersonal skills and academic performance.
